Jerry Carlos is a real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential escrow, title, and commercial lending. He has built his career managing complex real estate transactions, with a strong focus on commercial deals across California and other western states.
As Senior Vice President and Director of Escrow Operations at Commercial Capital Escrow, Jerry leads the development and daily operations of the company’s escrow platform. He brings a disciplined, hands-on leadership style centered on clear communication, operational excellence, and consistent execution from open through post-closing.
